Artemis SLS (Space Launch System) 1/125 Scale Model

North Coast Rocketry is proud to release the Artemis SLS, a 1:125 scale model of NASA's Space Launch System (SLS), is a super heavy-lift expendable rocket developed as the cornerstone of the Artemis program to return humans to the Moon.

 This is a world-class precision scale kit; one of the prototypes placed 6^th at 2023 World Spacemodeling Championships in Austin, Texas. The kit makes extensive use of commercial grade 3D printed parts, allowing for quick and easy assembly without sacrificing detail. It also features detailed adhesive wraps that results in an outstanding replica with minimal painting required.

 Besides the 3D printed and plastic parts, the kit features machined clear plastic fins, laser cut plywood centering rings, heavy duty body tubes, the heavy duty Gorilla^TM shock cord system, 36” nylon parachute, rail buttons and ¼” launch lugs, and a screw on motor retainer. 

The design can fly to altitudes of about 600 feet on an Aerotech F67-6W motor.
